Revealed to be a home console gaming hybrid of some sort.
Will use memory cards for the software, not CD/Bluray.

If I can convince tWife that the kids can play it, maybe I can get it. I don't know what it is.

The kids can def play it. It's a home console that has docked console, with a touchscreen tablet ready to go. You unsnap the gamepads from the home controller and connect them to the docked touchscreen. Instantly connects and you have on-the-go gaming as well.

Shut up and take my money, Nintendo

As a single man with no kids, I'll have to check with my accountant on this one...

Yep. Looks like I'll be buying it.

I wasn't a big fan of the Wii or the WiiU, but my pants got tight while I was watching the video for the switch. Looks pretty sweet.

I got my kids a switch for Xmas. I have Mario Kart 8, Super Smash Bros and Zelda.

Can I play other people online, who are friends, if so, how? Once that is setup, anyone wanna race?>

Edit - I forgot about Dance Dance 2020, which my daughter can probably kick all of our asses at.
