No one's interested in buying me beer at the Quick Lane Bowl when we end up 5-7?

Very cliche, but true. The 4.5 extra weeks of practice is very valuable. They can get in at 5-7. Going to need to beat PSU in HV. I suppose there's a miniscule shot to win the next two considering the opponents and get a bit of confidence going into that game if they can forget about losing to OSU by 50.

PSU is solid. Will be challenging. And I imagine some guys remember an offensive lineman scoring on them last year.

I don't think 5-7 gets us in when one of those 5 is Furman.

Couch: MSU football begins a different kind of November

“Hopefully we can squeak out some more wins and hopefully still make a bowl game,” junior offensive lineman Brian Allen said. “But, at the same time, focusing on just getting young guys better and better each week, just get them ready.”

Ready for next year. Ready for this not to happen again. For MSU, that begins now.

I've had watery pea soup, it's AWFUL.
Uh, I've had gelatinous, thick pea soup, it's TERRIBLE.
Pea soup, much like clam chowder, needs to have that consistency first, that you can stand the spoon up in it, but the spoon soon tilts, that's the consistency you want.
Number two: Uh, pea soup on it's own can be a little bland. It wants, uh, a fairly aggressive peppering and salting.
Number three: Pea soup needs a fine dice of ham. Not bacon, not any other meat, not turkey. It needs a fine dice of ham.
Uh, number four: Uh, pea soup scorches easily. You don't wanna heat it on a high heat. You wanna heat it on medium low, just until it's warmed through.
Uh, number five: Pea soup is best made, uh, by hand, not out of a Campbell's can. And the key to pea soup, you want a ham bone, uh, for the stock you make, uh, to, to boil your peas.

Well doesn't this usually happen to a couple basketball players in November?

Or, they could just be sincere. Heard some great things about some of the young kids character on the team. I'm good about next year and 2018.

Or were pleasantly surprised after hearing 40,000 or less all week. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy to see the turnout.

I'm actually hoping it's little of both.

Meanwhile, 2016 rolls on.

Every single play we'll hear it.

"IF PENN STATE WINS THEY'RE BIG TEN EAST CHAMPIONS!"
"BECAUSE OF THE GREAT OHIO STATE VS MICHIGAN CONTEST SHOWN BEFORE US ON ABC, AT NOON EASTERN, IF PENN STATE WINS THEY'RE GOING TO THE BIG TEN TITLE GAME IN INDIANAPOLIS!"

I caught some of the PSU vs Rutgers game this weekend. I thought Penn State looked awful.

Also, can we kick Rutgers out of the B1G? They add nothing to the conference.
