In the link Goose provided, I think it said they were still investigating the helicopter crash. It seems a little early to say nothing went wrong, or that there was no bad judgment or poor decision making.

All those USN Seals know what they are signing up for and it isn't guarding Girl Scout troops selling cookies outside of Wegmans, Publix, Von's or Kroger.
Shit happens that aren't in all the scenarios.

The father is pissed off about what he sees as President Trump politicizing his son's death. Inviting the widow to sit next to Trump's oldest daughter was a PR move that the wife accepted.

If it was my son on that job, any mention other than reporting his death is something that hurts future special operations missions.
