I had to turn it off. Dumb ass team blew it last night and delivered a gut punch. I was melting down but we don't have enough interest to start a melt down thread so I had to carry all these negative emotions all day. Then I turn on tonight's game and the defense looks like a Marx brothers routine in the first inning. Life is too short, some day we are going to die so I just have to find something else to do.

I don't think you can overturn that. It was too close.

I still think "clear evidence" to overturn needs to be done away with in baseball. That's an NFL rule and it's fine there. In MLB, I think you let 3 guys in NY review the play (independent of each other) and make a ruling within 60 seconds, not knowing what the call on the field was.

It really wasn't that close though. Ball wasn't in his glove and foot was on the bag. Agree, play the video to an ump in new York he makes a call. He has no prior knowledge
