Floyd, you gotta think outside of the box, such as discretely filming a session with your favorite escort.

Gilbert Gottfried joke: A man goes to a doctor and says Doc I can’t tell if my wife has TB or VD. The doctor says chase her around the bed a few times if she coughs, fuck her.

sonuvabitch. Left work today and there was a big sign on Mound saying they're going to resurface it this summer from 14 to 18. About fucking time.

Big press conference was held 3-4 weeks ago with Hackell and the SH mayor. Right in front of the new Srodek's that I'm convinced will never open.

Have lost count how many years that building has been sitting there empty. I'll be shocked if it ever opens as a Srodek's.

Maybe it won't be so bad. Have noticed a definite decline in traffic over the last couple months...drivers seem to already be avoiding it.DWags wrote:The Pantry wrote:sonuvabitch. Still, will be interesting to see how they manage traffic into/out of the complex my company is in. Lots of heavy trucks and there is only one public road in and out off Mound. There is a second road that runs to a service drive on Metro Parkway but a section of it is privately owned. Company that owns it are real dicks about anyone but their employees and customers using it. Probably for liability reasons because their section of road contains a railroad crossing with no traffic gates or signals. Often have a security patrol car parked there to prevent anyone without a windshield sticker from getting through.

We had to drive downtown Sunday morning and 75 was closed because of an apparent suicidal dude on an overpass near 8 Mile. Took Mound all the way to Davison and yeah it was pretty brutal. I was zig zagging all over the lanes and managed to avoid most of it. I was pretty happy there weren't a lot of people on the road so I could swerve around.

SB Mound isn't even that bad. NB north of 14 is really bad. NB between 15 & 16 is about as bad as it gets, though I'll commend patch crews for doing their best to fill the really deep holes. There were some real monsters.WhiteBoyHatcher wrote:We had to drive downtown Sunday morning and 75 was closed because of an apparent suicidal dude on an overpass near 8 Mile. Re: Random Ramblings
OTPT may be the only one that appreciates this. Been playing NBA fantasy basketball about 10 years. Never got better than 3rd place in our 12 (some years 14) team league.
This season has been my best so far. Came in 2nd for the regular season. Won my first round of the playoffs and the guy (commissioner) that came in 1st regular season got knocked out Sunday.
Started watching the Bucks-Cavs last night. Love was back. Went right to Yahoo's free agent pool to pick him up. Was denied picking him up. Commish has a standing rule of locking manager accounts to keep them from dropping players after they are out of the playoffs.
Noticed about 10 minutes later the only manager I think has a chance of beating me picked up Love. Got hold of the commish on Facebook. Looked into the situation and replied back he had fucked up. Locked my account accidentally, preventing me from dropping or adding players. Good dude though. Reversed the transaction and I got Love for Gay (Rudy Gay for you non-NBA followers).
My line-up for this semi-final playoff week

It is true. I recently read about parents making their kids walk to school because their bad behavior got them kicked off the bus. And reading the comments you have people thinking that isn’t appropriate or it’s abuse. Ridiculous

I saw that Dendro, I'm not smart enough to figure out how to raise other people's kids when I have a hard time raising my own. I think I saw a guy who made his kid jog to school with a back pack for about a mile. He followed him in a car. Not my kid, but it didn't seem excessive. Everyone always has a better idea how to raise another person's kids.

I know, it will forever be someone judging you for shitty parenting. But people are getting soft.
I’m already the “old man yells at clouds “ person. I legit took 5 different school buses to get to and from school when I was 7 years old .

Saw that the Tigers have two home games where you can bring your dog. Thinking of surprising Mrs. GW with tickets. She’d go crazy having the pup there.
Also, we’re taking some staff for a few hours of hanging out with the penguins at the Detroit Zoo. We’re all going to stink like briny dead fish, but it will be so worth it. Can’t wait for that day.

Don't spoil your staff, once they've had lemonade with you it's difficult to get them to work again.
