So the greatest qb ever can't win on his own? Okay now that I've trolled your blood pressure enough what's your honest take on McCarthy and the gm? It seems like they would put together a secondary at some point? Running back by committee will work with a good QB.

Sorry, missed it cause I was fuming around with two Ass clowns. I hate them both.

I like McCarthy. I like his game management and his offensive play calling. I don’t know why he keeps Cappers. Thompson? First year he’s gone veteran free agent largely and it’s bit him in the ass. He’s always kept a pretty consistent roster. Seems to run about 35-38 of the same names out there from one year to the next. Replaces older guys with taxi guys. I think he stepped away from that this year. And the results weren’t great. They like familiarity. Reminds me of Dantonio in consistency but it always seemed to be they would be one or two players from being great. They reached this year. Who knows where it leads them next year. All in all, I like them both. Hope I see a change on defense. I also think they should pull the plug on Rodgers.

Id agree on Capers, like I said it seems they would work harder on putting a secondary together

I think the problem in the nfl is that they’re constantly trying to define every twitch a player makes in their rules book as to if it makes it constitute a catch or not. It’s usually pretty obvious on most of these calls what it should be in reality, but the refs have to deal with whatever obscure rule when making their call. Even if you use replay, just let the ref look at it again and make a call without dealing with those rules. Also, as Ive said before, only let them watch it at full speed. Going frame by frame is part of the problem with looking at every twitch. Just watch the play once or twice and they will usually be able to make a fair call.
