They convinced him to sign a mid-level exception. Just like David West did.

This year's GS team is undoubtedly the best in NBA history. At least on paper.

Cousins won't be back until January, maybe December. Achilles recovery.

Durant
Curry
Cousins
Thompson
Green

Wow. With Iggy and Swaggy P coming off the bench.

James cast in LA is ok I guess. By the end of the year they'll be the "worst" 11 players in the league, lol.

The Spurs are salivating now. Lakers would have to give them whatever they want now. Or just wait until next summer

At the end of high school, the Laker contract will be up and Cleveland will suck enough to have a high pick and can draft the son and LAbron comes back to finish his career playing with his son.

How does it feel, as a Cleveland fan, to know that the Cavs traded for a bunch of shitty players/contracts just to clear the way for LeBron to go to LA?
I'll see if I can ask one for you. I gave up any rooting interest in the NBA years ago.
It has pretty much always been a dysfunctional relationship between LAbron and the Cavs

I think the Lakers are pretty content to wait out the Kawhi situation until next year. Magic is smart enough to know they are not ready to compete with the Warriors and Rockets this year. At least I think.

I'm pretty sure Draymond, Klay and Durant (and Cousins) are all FAs after next year so it's entirely possible this is the last year of the dynasty.

Pretty damn exciting off season for the NBA until this morning when I found out GSW got Cousins. Just absurd but also comical. Stoked for the future of the Lakers and So far very impressed with the job that Magic is doing.

Watched highlights of Jaren's game earlier this morning. Just drilling threes, some contested, some off the dribble. And this guy was on the bench for BEN FUCKING CARTER against Syracuse. I lose a little more faith in Izzo every time I think about it.

Dream scenario but Somehow I hope the Lakers get Draymond Green after next year and they start kicking Celtic ass. Then I hope in 3 years or so the pistons swivel up and destroy another Lakers dynasty.

Don’t listen to OTPT, Steve. It’s a Spartan’s duty to wish bad performances on all wolvies at all times. Doesn’t matter if they’ve left the school or not. I never once cheered for Desmond Howard while he was in a Lions’ uniform. Fuck him and fuck u-m.
