He'll report tomorrow or Weds. Otherwise he misses $$.

Best thing for veteran running backs. Miss camp and preseason. Saves on body. He knows what he’s doing on all three snaps.

It's a business. He knows what he's doing or is advised by people that do.

Whether or not he misses the first game (I'll be surprised) and Cleveland beats the Steelers, will Leveon be the excuse?

Common sense says he shows up in time to get his Week 1 paycheck but too late to play to avoid wear and tear of an extra game. It's probably already too late to play. I bet he shows tomorrow, Friday or Saturday. Conner will do fine in his absence. After hearing those comments today you think that OL is going to block with some motivation for James Conner?

It's a bet. I'll take the Steelers straight up for $250, you get the Browns.

Steelers roll big no matter who is starting at RB this weekend.

Le'veon is getting some real bad advice here. Steelers let Franco Harris and Rod Woodson walk they ain't gonna roll over for him.

Steelers also misplayed this and they should have dealt him in a sign and trade before the draft.

I don't see how he's getting bad advice. He knows they're not going to pay him and he's going to walk after this year. He also knows they'll likely work the shit out of him this year. Even if he sits until week 10, which I highly doubt, he's extending his shelf life for the big money deal he'll sign in the off-season.

I don't think there is a huge bigger than Steelers money deal for Bell out there.

He's one blunt away from being suspended for an entire season. He's only played two complete seasons out of five and will be 27 next February. He will get something like $45 million guaranteed for 3 years and probably 2 bogus years on the back end so the agent can say he bagged a 5 year $90 million deal.

I don't fault any man for trying to get more money but he doesn't have much leverage. He can hold out til week 10 and show up and collect $5 million and get credit for the league year but if he does that Steelers will put him on suspended with pay list or something. He won't play.

Is that what the Steelers offered? 45 guaranteed? We shall see. I bet he gets some desperate franchise that isn't run nearly as well to offer him quite a bit more than they did, provided he stays healthy.

NFL Network reported the contract Pittsburgh offered included $33 million guaranteed in the first two years and a value of $45 million over the first three years (not all guaranteed). Total was $70 over five

Report I saw today said Bell had 414 touches last year, more than anyone else. He might not play a full season, but bring the full story in.

Yeah I'm kind of shocked at the backlash. It's expected from Steeler fans. But he's fighting for his true value, and it's something other players will benefit from. In April one of the OL ripping him now tweeted that he had his back always and understood business was business.

I'm wondering if he didn't report because he's waiting 30 days from his last one this summer? Could be he knows he'd pee dirty. I know he tweeted, "9/9/18, be patient". But at this point, first practice before the first game, he should report, unless he's worried about something, other than a contract, which is a damn good one.

He must have told them he was coming in and didn't show because it's always been understood that money is each man's own business.
