If anyone deserved a bullet to the skull it was Dyatlov.

That dude that saw the blocks bouncing up from the reactor probably had a few seconds of pure terror before he got vaporized. He was one of the lucky ones.

Was it? There was one worker who got killed at the moment of the explosion. I thought they were showing him. Anyway, one guy avoided melting to death.

That guy ran out and made it to the Control Room. One of the guys in the pump room died immediately and they never found him. I think the other guy in the pump room is the guy whose face was all bloodied and the one dude was carrying him out before he ran into the 2 interns.

Somebody mentioned it earlier but they could have easily made this a 10-12 parts series. They barely touched on the human suffering/trial/environmental effect, etc.
