Retail? Do you know any friends that own a business? Maybe you could help out there. Also, I've known some people that do real estate as a side gig. Seems like it's good extra cash. I think they just show apartments for rent or something like that.

Well Bob... I believe it has something to do with the server hosting the images and it's delay in adding them to the DOM of the page as it loads. Essentially, the picture server is shitty (& probably free)... Or possibly the server side code that returns the pictures (instead of actually using a path) is poorly written which could lead to a delay if the pics are hosted in a database.

I'm just figuring out React now... Seems like a javascript version of .Net Core razor. You write javascript to generate web responses. Just finished a pluralsite on it. Haven't used it in a real project yet.
