My understanding is that Tucker is more of a 3-4 guy. Would that have anything to do with it, or at least mean that he wouldn't want/need separate coaches for DT and DEs? If so, it might be worth noting that Tucker and Chuck Bullough were both grad assistants at MSU at the same time.

Or would this have likely been in the works before Tucker, since that just came down last night? Lateral move, probably less money, and at IU. Maybe he started looking as soon as MD quit.

Yeah, it's kind of a bummer but ultimately it's time to turn the page. I'm ready for the next chapter.

When Dantonio came from Cincinnati he brought a majority of his staff with him. Tucker's Colorado staff had some coaches who were from CA, and CO while a few came from Georgia's staff.

With the supersized coaching pool Tucker might be more aggressive building his staff and its possible some of the coaches want to leave CO.

Wish Burton the best. He did some good work here. Seemed like the entire staff got too comfortable, so maybe this will re-energize his and the other coaches’ careers.
