I wanna say he was selling his for 25k - it's been a few months. He's got another car fanatic buddy and these guys find old BMWs, Porsches, Audis, Mercedes, etc., for sale then flip them after driving them for a while. It's pretty incredible the cars they find - he'll find a 1990 5-series with like 50k miles on it owned by an 80 year old lady and pay like 5 grand. Then he turns around and sells it for 10k. And not necessarily for profit, the guy makes good money, he just loves cars. He's a member of this exclusive car club in NYC. He pays I think 10k a year and he can choose from like 100 different cars and drive them places. Crazy shit.

Debating whether to spend the money on an engine rebuild. That's 10,000! I've driven the shit out of it. It needs new bearings in the front. It probably needs 15000 in work but I could sell it for 35000. I'm gonna see how much the rebuild is before I do anything. I'm hittng the track this weekend with the black one. Going to drivers Ed in Savannah in February. It's a hobby. Now eat my taint.
