I e eaten there now for the third time. Each time for lunch and there is no way I could eat dinner that night? Do the tater tots and hot dogs expand in your stomach? I'm done sonicing. I got the New Yorker combo.

Another massive fast food mistake I made was ordering Wendy's chicken bites for lunch. Felt like I had a lead balloon in my gut and spent the entire afternoon waiting to hurl. It never happened, which was too bad, because I would've felt better if I had.

Check out nutrition at Jimmy John's...there's an incredible amount of salt in pretty much everything. Subway sucks...too many decisions to make a fucking sandwich.

Stopped hitting fast food a couple weeks ago and already down 12 pounds.

My Wendy's experience was in 2000. Haven't been back since. The only time I eat FF is if Mrs. tGreenWay and I are on a vacation where I'm driving, and that's been a few years now. I'll stop at McD once or twice/yr. if I'm Jonesing for a fast food-style chocolate shake, but that's it.
