Top Bruce Springsteen songs

that's a pretty good three.. so difficult to name the Top 3, as it depends on my mood at the time. However, I'll go with:

1. Thunder Road
2. Backstreets
3. Racing in the Street

oh - and I'll stand on Layla's coffee table and tell Eric Clapton to his face that the coda on Racing in the Street is he best coda in music..

The River is definitely in my top 5.. love the intro on the Live record.. back in the late 70's - early/mid 80's Bruce would do a lot more story-telling..

yikes - per Nigel's Rolling Stone review of the top 100 Springsteen songs with an illustrious panel discussion and voting, my top three rank 3, 6 and 4.

not bad if you're trying to align yourself with music critics and artists. However, as I've alluded to many times, my top Springsteen songs depends on my mood, how much I may have had to drink and can change in the blink of an eye.

it's a fine tune.. and would mark the pinnacle of the career of 99.9999% of artists out there - but I'm not sure it's his best. I'd put it in the top 10 , for sure.

I tried to scroll down the Top 100 list, but it took forever and I gave up.

you can skip to different segments in increments of 20. I think.
