Its says they need to do things correctly.

In MI for the short time the recount was going on, it was found at least 2 counties had issues frm losing tabulated ballots to boxes incorrectly sealed and stored.

Its about running good elections in every county.

My understanding was they had old machines that had a tendency to jamb, and then double count ballots. Ballots and votes didn't match, no one's saying how long this has been going on, or if it is going to be addressed.
