February Heat Wave passing through this weekend in EL.. what to do?

Time to bust out the frisbee?
Golf?
Smoke some meat?
Bonfire?

What about Bob?

I'm hoping to golf matty. I don't know if they'll be open or not, maybe a little soggy

high school hoops tonight..

no plans for the weekend other than the usual.. running, probably get out on my bike in the nice weather - beer.. maybe some whiskey. Naps.. rockin' some vinyl.

yep, EL at Holt. Was a pretty good game first time around. EL is a better team (currently #2 in Class A) - but anything can happen on the road.

mid-upper 50's in February.. I've never minded winter. In fact, I prefer winter over hot summer days.. but I'm not going to complain a warm day or two in February.

It's supposed to get up to 70 in Louisville today.

I got a Giant Deft 2 last summer and I've never done winter care for a road bike was I supposed to drain the tubes and/or bring them inside? Should I have had my whole bike inside? I normally kept my trail bikes in the garage but this is my first road and I think my tubes cracked :(

Went golfing yesterday and tried out my new irons. Love them.

Yeah I broke my bike out myself last weekend. Just went for a 10 mile neighborhood kind of ride. Then had a nice bonfire. Got drunk again tonight grilling etc after a four day weekend. Supposed to be 66 tomorrow. I am trying to turn my life around actually

yeah probably not a good idea to leave your bike out during the winter in an unheated space. I keep mine in my basement - not "heated" down there in the traditional fashion but better than out in the elements. I also keep them up on hooks so the wheels aren't stationary with the weight of the bike pressing on them during the downtime.

Right now, though, it's sunny and about 65 or so, I think. Nice and cool this morning. Was hot over the weekend - way too hot - not my scene.

weather update for Nigel:

cool this morning.. wore tights on my predawn run around East Lansing - which is always a good thing.

Too nice to drive to the gym, so I've been walking lately in my sweat shorts.

I drove today though, had stuff to do afterwards.
