I've seen them three times and they sucked all of them. They seemed to just be going through the motions in all of them. First time was at the State Theater where the smashing pumpkins and Pearl Jam opened for them (no really - it was like 1992). The second time was in Seattle at the space needle music festival (I don't remember what the name of it was) in maybe 97? The last time was around 2003-4 at Van Andel with Foo Fighters (they were sooooo much better). Flea is an arrogant prick. Man I'm old.

Edit: now that I think of it, the Van Andel show was probably more like 2000 or 01.

The band but not because I like any of their music. Only because I was a big fan of Chad's previous band in Detroit. Used to see them in the bars often in the 80s, attended their reunion show long ago....

One of my few appearances on YouTube....

The 2003 reunion show at New York, New York.
