Customer Service. Especially customer service with large companies. It's near impossible with some companies to even talk to a human being on the phone. Wait times can be horrible and in a lot of cases once you do break through to an actual person you're talking to someone in Bangladesh that hardly speaks English. What happened to getting a hold of people that really knew the product you're calling about?

Pointless grandstanding. Like the City of Seattle voting to dump Wells Fargo a year ago to great fanfare. It was a victory to show them how much helping the Dakota pipeline was going to cost them. Today Seattle signed a 3 year renewal with........Wells Fargo. Seems no one else wanted to deal with their shit.
