China is winning Trump’s trade war

Notice China didn't agree to a specific amount.
What about the IP fight?
China's “concessions” are things it planned to do anyway.
Reaction to the announcement was mostly negative
The United States agreed to suspend tariffs.
China had leverage ahead of the North Korea summit.
It's unlikely that there will be new limits on Chinese investment in the United States. A
Zero curbs on China's high-tech plans.
China appears to have the upper hand, but this is just the beginning.
