I saw some Wolverine fan on twitter post the stats for the Juwan Howard thread on the good old RCMB and the numbers were through the roof. Obsessing over and hating UofM is what we do.

They will give Howard at least 4 years of bullshit. Beeline will be gone year 3. (after 2 mediocre/shitty years).

This Howard thing is going to be a full on shit show, but they backed themselves in a corner. Even if he's decent... eeks into tourny... top 5 in league (which is still a stretch for a first time head coach in the B10). They can never just outright shitcan his ass because of the hero worship the detroit media still pours onto the fab 5... And Dickhead 1 and 2 being national TV announcers with a platform. Just think what Weber and Rose will whine about when he gets canned.

The OTHER way it could go is full on Fab Five and um will be next Kentucky/Kansas/Arizona with balls out cheating. They may win, but they will return to the sleaze from where they were.

Either way. It will be fun.

Honestly this whole Howard thing doesn't really hit a button for me. Not sure why. Just don't care. 100-1 he's as good as JB was and I'd still take Izzo and our program 8x a week over JB and where he had their program.

Zaire Wade is 2020. They definitely have a shot at him. (He's not that good though.)

Bronny is 2023. That's a long ways out. Currently 5'10".

I would say Warde gone... but his entire job is holding off the mouth breathers while fellating Harbs. Basketball is still way secondary.

Well, unless the Cavs nab a transcendent player in the draft in the next 3 years, I don't see how Beilein survives many years. I don't see how any Coach could. They don't have much of a foundation in place and can't lure free agents unless they're already established as a possible contender. You have to go back 20 years to find a Cavs team that went over .500 sans-Lebron. Probably, at best, Beilein gets to lay the foundation and make them respectable for when the next Coach gets hired.
