I believe that Biden is mentally diminished from his own peak, which I don't believe was ever particularly high. I also believe that the office of the President of the United States entails inherent powers that even the oldest and most infirmed statesman ought to be able to wield to at least some effect. Which is why I support the "first to 271" effort ongoing in which the States agree to cast their EC votes for the popular vote winner, if 271 EC votes have been legislated into that compact.

If it ever happened there would be lawsuits galore but still it is an attempt to fix the EC issue.
