Maybe they want to be in the minority because it is easier to whine and complain that way. When they have the majority people expect them to actually do things to improve the lives of the citizens. They haven't been very effective at doing that.

The Army has a new combat weapon, so it is stupid to name an antique as the State's Rifle.
