Obama is the coolest President we have ever had. JFK was pretty cool, too. I imagine Teddy Roosevelt was cool for his time.

I didn't really think Obama was cool until I saw that picture with Springsteen.

Bruce's attire on the most recent tour has been a little questionable at times (the vest/tie/jeans of late is a good look), but I have to remind myself that he is Bruce Springsteen, he is 74 years old and he can wear whatever the hell he wants to.

I don't get swayed by celebrities, but it does suck when one of your favorite athletes or entertainers turns out to be your ideological opposite. I sure hope Ted Nugent never comes out as a conservative, lest it sully my enjoyment of "Terminus Eldorado" and "My Love is Like a Tire Iron".

Trump-Vance campaign are scared shitless by all the money the Harris campaign is raising using multiple methods.

Roll back to Saturday night July 20 2024 when the Trump campaign was hearing reports of President Biden digging in his heels and they were sitting on $130M advantage over Biden/Harris along with reported promises of open checkbooks from Musk and a few other billionaires.

Biden isn’t running. Harris is raising money at astonishing rates and Musk began to backpeddle. Now his help is blocking Twitter accounts.

So far Billionaire Trump is still spending other people’s money but he’s still siphoning funds to pay he lawyers. Now Harris fund raising means the slush fund he expected is evaporating.

I don't get swayed by celebrities, but I sure as hell am not going to give someone who supports the racist, bigoted, christian sexual predator, convicted rapist and convicted felon a dime of my money.

not to mention, I can't imagine anyone having any degree of artistic ability and creative integrity leaning into the bloated bag of orange christian filth. So it's never really presented itself to me as a concern.

(I’d also just personally assume that Campbell isn’t watching the rnc on the eve of trading camp and just saw a former wrestler show up, not the guy that gave a speech)

Unfortunately, on January 7th i was treated to one of my favorite musicians, Jon Schaffer, being posted on all the "identification" websites where people were trying to figure out all the people that rioted.  And his photo is absurd, i'm sure you've actually seen it at some point and not even known. And you're right, i'm not going to give another dime to any of his bands. He was prosecuted though and all his band mates quit on him. He's going to need a band recruited form the full on MAGA terrorist faithful to go on, and that will surely be terrible.

I know what policies I'm voting for, it seems to me that some voters vote for the next shiny object regardless of how it affects them.
