Which states are even in position to be able to hold up EC votes?

Georgia is the only one i've read about people being actually concerned about.

If that happened and it worked AND it was a clear Kamala victory - election goes to the house, house votes trump, it could quite literally be civil war. This country will burn and many of us are probably helping it burn. It would need to get taken down and replaced.
