given the mess he had to clean up: battling a pandemic, the worst economy since The Great Depression, double-digit unemployment, political violence, domestic terrorism, a plunging Dow Jones, etc., Biden has been the most successful president in my lifetime and has been pure class while doing it.

and not that republicans/libertarians will allow kids to read history books, but if they did, Biden would go down in the history books as one of the greatest.

Look man, if I have to point the finger at one solitary person this morning, it’s going directly at Biden for not dropping out two years ago when he obviously should have. He held on way too long, forced us to skip the primary process which is actually pretty critical it turns out, and led directly to where we are this morning.

So yeah, I don’t really care if his administration is going to be losers with class right now. I’d rather democrats stop being losers.

The Dems "messed up" because they lost to a guy who's never had a positive favorability rating (along with all the other labels you regularly put on him). Twice. And it took the help of a once in a century pandemic to beat him once. He's a historically bad candidate, and the Dems managed to fuck it up twice.

Kamala was an inexperienced/unqualified candidate. She was also guilty by association as Biden’s VP and couldn’t escape four years of a (perceived?) bad economy. What those who question how Trump won are really saying is had Trump not been a candidate Kamala might have stood a better chance of winning. Instead what you should be thinking is how in the world did she lose so badly to someone of whom you have such a low opinion?

I don’t know what a Presidential qualification is. It’s the only job of its kind in the world. So it’s not like your résumé is going to show a lot of experience. Any first time President has a learning curve. Trump learned mostly about golf in his first term.

I just want to go on record saying Biden did a pretty damn good job. Lots of accomplishments. A few mistakes. Sadly, his handlers didn’t advise him correctly on running for reelection. And Democrats failed at challenging him in the primaries. It’s just too bad he was old. Thanks, Joe. I’ll meet you in Scranton for some corned beef and cabbage anytime.

I don't disagree that people act differently on social media than they do in person. But DWags is also a person on social media who surely behaves differently in person, whether he is self aware enough to admit it or not.

I am much less of an asshole in person, but not because I'm scared of getting punched in the face. Not that I'm some MMA fighting badass or anything, but I'm 6'3" and don't feel physically threatened by the vast majority of humanity, rightly or wrongly. It's part of the reason I don't feel any need to own a gun.
