Darling of the tea party? I never heard of the guy until this scandal broke, but good try bob.

The "Tea Party", which is just various groups of citizens that favor small-government, constitutional law and rule of law and that generally agree that the root of Evil in government is size and scope- which makes it unaccountable and tyrannical.

It is no more responsible for the criminal deeds of someone that espouses their beliefs than are Christians in any given church responsible for the few among them who end up in jail.

That is not to say there are not some wacko sects that entice the weak and demented into their religion to commit vile, violent and criminal acts. That is very rare.

And another thing, before trying to smear, good, upstanding and law abiding citizens, what about this guy being presumed innocent? I don't suppose you remember a Senator from Alaska Ted Stevens who was the VICTIM of "Gross Prosecutorial Misconduct" and was 100% exonerated on Corruption Charges only AFTER his 2008 election, which he narrowly lost. Right- it was a political hit on Stevens.

Yeah- maybe Sara Palin sabotaged his plane. He knew too much. He probably banged her from the time she was legal in Alaska ( which is what..... 12? ). I would like to go out in the Palin Motor home for a few day trip with the girls including Sara. Of course leave Todd at home with the down syndrome kid. He is also a lawyer and accountant. Had much more knowledge about "the system" and how to avoid standard audits. Probably why the skim grew to $1M.
