Yep, they're a pathetic lot over there and Fletch was by far the worse with his Napoleon complex.  I've posted for the last time over there thanks to this place

I've not been around that long, and I'm certainly not part of the "in" crowd, but even I understood fletch's comment as meaning blanch simply because I remember Minnie defending blanch. I had to go back to read to figure out how you guys thought it referred to Tanfan and it was Duff who, incorrectly, assumed that Fletch's comment referred to Tanfan.

Perhaps it's because I don't care one way or the other? Or that I simply hate the whole lot of you equally (I'm an asshole like that). Not sure. But, hopefully the flame war dies down soon. Swill has some great potential to be a fun screwball board; albeit a distracted one currently.

The default ban over there is 1 month? So a mod will just ban, not pay attention, use the default and then no other mod over there will question it because you have to have the other mods back? 

Whatever, at some point this place has to break free of that place and stand on its own. That will probably happen in August.

I don't think Tanfan or blanch took any shots at Mel, but fletch's post refers to Tanfan (in my opinion).

Are we reading the same post or am I confused? flech posted something about "he's a prick online but really fun in person." I'm not old enough for my memory to not work correctly and I recall Mel posted numerous times trying to defend blanch. Duff's posts clearly implicates Tanfan.

I never had an issue with blanch on RCMB, I enjoyed his stupid posts and the pic doesn't hurt, so I never understood the issue. I also don't know the full backstory of the animosity amongst the various parties.

Note I never met anyone here in person nor do I desire to do so.
