Right around ninety minutes is a full sleep cycle. If I can get that without any interruptions, then wake up naturally, I’m usually pretty good. I’m getting to bed past 4 a.m. now and it sucks. I don’t want to use sleep aids but I might have to try. Already gave the Z-quil melatonin chews a try and they didn’t help.
