I think Boss may have as many winning seasons in his seven years than his three predecessors had in 25 years, but he has better support and facilities, too. W-L, there were good years in the late 80s and early 90s, then not a lot. Tom Smith managed for 20 years, but peaked after 10. The next two guys never got much going. Boss seems to have something going, despite a bit of a backward step last year.
