I picked kale. I just like it lightly steamed with butter and salt though. not really as a lettuce. I don't even think it's technically lettuce. So basically, I'm questioning your intelligence. I still like you though.

I almost put spinach as an option too. I wanted at least three specific options. Kale is kinda in the same family, so whatevs.

You know, I have done that when I don't have fresh lettuce in the fridge for a sandwich. If we have some leftover spring mix from a salad the night before I'll use that instead. Not my 1st choice though.
