That guy's career path since HS has been a train wreck. One thing I didn't see mentioned in the article: Is the League's policy to ban for two years after just one failed test (per the CBA)? That's pretty strict, especially compared with the other pro sports.

He was there for one year and left after it was revealed he had been receiving some gifts and other benefits on the side. He would have left anyway, but USC ended up slapping itself with sanctions to make the NCAA happy.
