3- star Brian Lewerke is a pro-style quarterback, but on Friday he showed that he can make plays on his feet if need be. He has a strong arm and very good spatial awareness; Lewerke particularly exceeded in one drill where the quarterbacks had to target receivers as they ran behind a line of defensive backs. Where other quarterbacks mistimed their pass, Lewerke didn't miss a beat.

One of the most accurate passers on the day, Lewerke hit every single one of his targets in each drill. Even in the pressure cooker, he showed an ability to float passes deep to the corner of the end zone as well as zip five yards across the middle of the field.

At the end of the day, the Michigan State commit earned his golden ticket to the Elite 11 finals.

What was his fourty time and vertical

If he keeps his commitment, we are pretty stacked at QB for some time.

I'm really more interested to know who his back up will be and how they're looking in scrimmages.

Entering sideways is the only way I can feel my wife's virginia.

Lewerke was also invited to the most influential camp of the summer, Nike's "The Opening" in Eugene, OR.
