Better. Had some really nice throws (Shelton / Corely) but also some WTF moments. He is the least of our concerns at this point.

IMHO, he is good enough to get us to 10 wins if the rest of the team was serviceable. Currently, we are Rutgers level in certain player groups.

This is probably the whole truth. TOC gets enough done to be serviceable but not great. He does not have to be great if the rest of the team would not play like shit. It may be tough to admit but TOC is outperforming a sizable portion of this team.
