Michael Smith, Jemele Hill Will Take Over ESPN’s 6 PM ‘SportsCenter’ As Co-Hosts

ESPN’s early-evening edition of “SportsCenter” will soon become a “His & Hers” affair.

Michael Smith and Jemele Hill, who have co-hosted “His & Hers” on ESPN2 since June of 2013 and the show was known under a different title, will take the hosting reins at ESPN’s 6 p.m. “SportsCenter” on February 6, 2017, the day after Super Bowl LI. They will replace the broadcast’s current anchor, Lindsay Czarniak, who  will go on maternity leave in early November and return next year in a new role that will be announced later. Both hosts have signed new, multi-year deals with the Walt Disney-owned sports network.

I'll rarely just throw on Sportscenter anymore, but I'll still watch ESPN when they broadcast games obviously.

Probably will tune into some random ones at night bored to watch some NBA highlights once the season starts to get going.

Honestly - the biggest bullshit is all of the talk shows. For blowhards and knee jerk reactions. Like the Valenti crowd, such as Mr. Lebowski.

Haven't watched SC since the Wisconsin loss. Won't do it now either. Football seaosn sucking has turned me off to this stuff big time. The team has changed my routine. I now watch CNN and am happy for the reality show we call the presidential election. It will be a bummer when it's over as I think I'm going to need filler time between November 8th and when basketball season starts.

Your first error is thinking ESPN has integrity.

Ms. Hill needs to realize that once she signed a contract with ESPN she is expected to forget the option to express an independent thought for the duration of her contract.

ESPN wants zombies who read their talking points like it's original thought.
