I've seen that movie so many times in the 80's and never even noticed this song in it. Actually about the only thing I can remember from it is the shower scene and the diving scene at the end.

Saw it several times, but our go-to movie was Fletch.

I’m listening to GreenWay tell his wife about all his Internet friends. Travis, did you know you’re GreenWay’s bestest friend?

Nope. Not anymore. I know it wasn’t long ago I gave him a solid vote of confidence, but after all his talk about whale skeet, I knew I had to make a move.

So, if you guys haven't, please listen to some Sponge. I have known the family for like 25 years or so. He's a great person, was at all of his kids football and basketball games when they were in high school. His son is now married to the director of operations women's basketball at MSU. They just did a nice story on him. It's worth the read. Normal guy who is a rock star.

Re: What are you listening to right now?
There’s something about Van Halen. Heard everybody wants some last night when the party was just buzzing with excitement for the new year. Very timeley song too you could tell some were anxious to get back home for some coitus. Nine months later there should be a big rush of new Borns.

Would love to try that XC sometime, have to figure out how to do that. Beautiful day for it, enjoy!

Re: What are you listening to right now?
Bunch of us went to Sugarloaf in the mid-80s on a long weekend ski trip. Always sucked at downhill so rented some XC equipment to go out on my own and get a workout while the rest were on the slopes. Found a nice area to ski and went out. No groomed trail there and was breaking new snow...definitely a workout. Got to the edge of a treeline and saw a tempting downhill. Dropped maybe 60-80 feet at maybe a 25-30° angle. Stopped there to rest and contemplate doing the slope.Floyd Robertson wrote:Robert J Sakimano wrote:nice.

Finally came to my senses and decided not to try it. No cell phones back then. No one knew where I was. Pictured myself laying at the bottom of the ravine and someone finding my bones years later.
Turned around and back-tracked the trail I'd made from the road lol!
