What kind of stupid holiday is it when 70% of the American workforce is you know, doing work, and only the government, banks and schools are closed?

I'm at work. Half the building and fellow courts are off today. I shouldn't be here.

How I feel about it that there should never be a day when the government doesn't work when the majority of Americans are at work themselves.

Isn't the government supposed to work for the people?

I spend the day cuddling my bible.. hard.
