Wife had just cooked a dinner for the inlaws. My FIL and I heard the rukus from the dining room and went into the t.v. room. We let the food get cold for 10-15 minutes. We didn't care.

Yep I remember...In my apartment in Okemos watching with my roommates.

I was huge NHL fan back in the 80s and 90s.  Watched every Wings game on Pass and grew up watching Hockey Night in Canada with my old man... blah blah...

I remember driving to work that morning, just hyped as fuck for the game. This was also when WDFN with 3G, Sameulson and the rest was just starting up. It was all the talk that week and particularly that day.  Lemiuex missing the first two and the refs clamping down on the game in Colorado just made the build up stronger and stronger.  Lemiuex was going to get his at the Joe that night for sure.  And it was glorious.

I was probably having sex that day.

Edit: Maybe even with a human woman.
