Going into last night he already had 14 HRs with Arizona in 39 games, only two fewer than he hit with the Tigers in 57 games this season. I can only imagine they've been happy with the acquisition.

henning made a good point on Twitter. Hard to believe there was only one team interested in him. I guess Cleveland had some slight interest but no way we would trade JD to them.
