Theoretically (since we know it won't and probably can't happen), after having tSwill for almost a week, if Trevor came over here gave a heart felt mea culpa and let us know that he was working directly with Noah to fix the issues with the board and he was revamping how the Rods modded, so as to get things back to where they were in the glory days..........................

Would you go back to RCMB?

EDIT: also all those currently (unreasonably) banned are allowed back

I think I'm a solid verbal here. Not a fan of the recruiting scene either. Or dealing with the Walmart Alumni that the 247 network holds. My god, the guys on the blue board? Terrible.

It's all about the discussions. If there were better conversations there then sure I'd go back. But there aren't. The board "upgrades" and bannings killed a lot of creativity.

I'll lurk/occasionally post until my donate expires some time in August. Then it's full-time Swill. There are tons of sources for MSU news and I'm not much of a recruitdork anyway.

This is like an 80/20 thing for me now. I find myself wandering back there if things are really slow here, like they were a couple of times this weekend. I expect that as tSwill grows, the 20% will drop to 10% or lower.

Why did Trevor pick an unknown like 247 anyway? Wasn't the site affiliated with ESPN prior to that?

Wouldn't that have meant his writers would have been featured on ESPN's College Football Nation blog under CFBNation? And then presumably Trevor could have kept the vBulletin board as it was with crosslinks to/from his board? Seems like a dumb decision in the end given he gave up his ESPN affiliation to go to some crappy start-up network.

The number of people over there still allows for better discussion on a few niche topics. I just started a soccer thread here, and PM'd most of the regulars from that thread (hardly any of which I've seen here yet), but if the soccer thread here doesn't take off, I'll probably still go back there (yeah, yeah, insert tired joke here about soccer being gay or whatever).

To me, the niche topics are just a numbers game. The more people you have on a board the more involvement in any niche topic there will be. So I think we'll get more of those as this board grows.
