The default answer is probably Kershaw. But I want to hear some other ideas. There are some guys throwing unbelievable baseball right now. Here are some choices.

Tanaka - NYY: Drilled today, but 11-2. 2 CG. .96 WHIP. .216 BAA. ERA of 2.11

Chis Sale - CWS: He's been ridiculous since he came off the DL. Has only lost twice, and in one of those games (vs. Det) he gave up 1 ER. .75 WHIP, .171 BAA

Anibal Sanchez - DET: We know his story. Throwing better than he ever has in his career. Tigers current "Ace".

Julio Teharen - ATL: Tough outing in two of his last 3, but this dude is legit. WHIP of .96, BAA of just over .200, and ERA of 2.41

Johnny Cueto - CIN : Umm, this guy is sick.

Probably Kershaw but that's the easy answer. Tanaka as a Yankees fan, I still haven't seen him pitch in a big MLB game yet so I wouldn't take him. Maybe Cueto he's been lights out this year.

Alfredo Simo'n is pitching for Cincy today not Cueto.

10 game winner, 3.05 ERA and 1.11 WHIP on the season and going against the hapless Cubs.  Simo'n is a good bet.  

The only worry is Smarjziahehnvnaesrixndraaaaa is pitching for the Cubs and he tends to keep them in games.
