It's also worth thinking about that I guarantee our players don't have the same hatred in their hearts for M nation that we do. Coach probably does. The hoops rivalry is probably too respectful to have that cultivated right now. I bet Puddin is close but I don't see it in the rest of them. Probably same is true of the other side other than Simpson who we chose wisely over.

I don't understand the Thursday/Friday thing. I don't understand the committee and seedings at all. If we're a high two see are they going to give travel or rest a higher precedence? I would like to play on Friday.

I don't understand seeding of 1's and 2's. Latest has us in Dukes east region as a 2 seed. Pretty sure they see us as the strongest 2? Does that mean Duke was the strongest 1 or weakest 1? Seems if we're strongest 2 we'd be in weakest 1's region.

Also seen us as a 2 in the west with Gonzaga as the 1 and as a 2 in the Midwest with NC the 1.

I was pro tanking and resting the last two games. I’ve seen people rip Matt Painter for losing to Minny but I respect him for bowing out.

For us that window is shut. We should have tanked against the Buckeyes or Badgers but here we are. No way you lay down today and say we do rest Cash today well there’s no guarantee we win game one in the big dance. There’s only one way to go from here on out and that’s balls to the fuckin wall.

Also, remember last year when they kicked our ass in SG and falsely accused us of causing their goon Hitler? Remember Chase Winovich? They are chomping at the bit to crank the douche factor up to 11. In my view beating them is worth it.
