Well that was a very odd press conference. You had the feel good rhetoric from the governor and mayor who made sure to not it was not a member of the el Paso community. The police chief said there was a manifesto. The congresswoman finally had the balls to say this was fueled by hate, racism, and bigotry. You could tell she wanted to go off but held back to allow the investigative process to take place.
