So he’d be my first choice. He just verbally swung at Michigan PSU and Wisconsin without really even trying.

While I wouldn’t make quotable material one of my criteria in a coaching search (see Harbaugh) I wouldn’t have a problem with Duzzi. I think he’s play the “slighted” card as well or better than Dantonio.

I’ll say it again: Dantonio is the soul of the team, but Narduzzi was the heart. Ever since Nardawg left, this program has slowly lost its energy and passion.

He is not a recruiter, at least in terms of stars. And how many diamonds in the rough has he found that have been drafted at Pitt? The RB Connor is the only one I can think of (did he croot him?).. Say you don't care, but it is pretty big universal beef on disgruntal CMD fans. He's not steadfast in an O system... but besides a year under Canada and basically running jet sweeps (another fan beef) ad nauseum, has it worked?

You are basically hitting the reset button with a younger, more excitable/surley, prob less organized coach.

Could you please stop being logical and offering rational explanations? Some of us need to lean on something — anything — to get us past this abortion of a season.

He is 1-5 against the B10. Maybe he should improve his .200 winning percentage against the Big 10 before he talks about winning the B10. He seems a bit testy for a game that was almost 8 months ago.

Spartans head coach Mel Tucker was also asked about Narduzzi's comments at Big 10 Media Days. Tucker responded by saying that he had moved on from

'I really prefer not to go into hypotheticals,' he said. 'Especially games played in the past that were decided on the field.'
