Vegas/betting implications on new proposed NFL rule
Voting on getting rid of onside kick in favor of a 4th and 15 attempt from your own 25, with a max of two attempts per game

Prime area if unsuccessful for a fg to totally flip the cover. Interesting idea though and could make for very exciting end of game scenarios

Oh, I'd take 4th 15 every time.
What does that do to the fake kick/onside kick?

So would Mahomes

Don't know if that's been brought up - but with other rule changes to curb CTE/injuries the onside kick is somewhat worthless and I would venture every single team would go for the 4th and 15 over an onside kick at this point

Too radical of a change, but it is the kind of change that could revolutionize the game for future generations. Extra points, onside kicks, kickoffs, etc all have a predetermined outcome like 99% of the time but are also an easy way to reduce CTE and other unnecessary injuries.
