This. I don't really care about the helmets not matching the uniforms, green pants, white helmets, neon, snow white shoulders, fonts, etc.

But this is the first uniform change since they replaced the block S with the Spartan head, that I'm like, "HELL YEAH". I mean, I know it's not a permanent change, but I like it. I've always been a big Gruff Sparty fan, going back to an awesome blanket that my parents got me for high school graduation.

Gruff uniform made the local sports news on WXYZ this evening. It helps that Justin Rose is on the sports desk tonight and not Brad Galli.

Also, I'm pretty sure I heard him say the game was moved from 3:30 to noon.
