If the Republicans are mostly on board, I don't see why it couldn't be done within a couple of days.

Also, he can be 25th'd AND impeached/removed. That should be the goal. f he is impeached/removed, he can not run for office again. If he is 25th'd he can run for office again.

Ideally, the invoke the 25th ASAP, before he can pardon a bunch of idiots for today, including his ass kissing Senators/Reps, family, and others that have incited this.

Then Impeach/Remove.

Of course a lot of boot lickers would need to get on board.

I've seen some stuff pointed out that it isn't as easy as that. The cabinet/VP have to vote that he is unable to hold office, then the President has to agree to it. If he doesnt, then you need a 2/3 vote in both the House and Senate. Despite having more than that vote against the objections, would they get that in a 25th vote? I dont know. But ANY other bullshit that Trump pulls between now and the 20th is on the heads of Pence and the cabinet.

If what happened yesterday can’t get the ball rolling then nothing will. That’s the other thing this can happen again. What’s Biden’s inauguration going to be like? Can they even hold it out doors? Not sure I have faith they could pull it off securely.

Just saw there is a minimum of an 8 day fold with doing it the president agreeing or appealing it etc. that leaves five days. At this point let it go.
