Is it now fair game to any ol’ entrepreneur? Someone who might want to break it up and sell it as exclusive party ice for the rich and famous?

I would like to turn it into a mixed-use development with condos, cafes, and boutique shops.

Those rookies put the ice in the wrong part of the boat. Never store it through the port side bow. Always break it up first, then walk it into the cabin.
