The rich now own more of the economy than at any time since the 1920s, but only spend a fraction of their wealth.

Lower-income people, on the other hand, spend almost everything they have to survive.

At some point, widening inequality will cause the entire economy to collapse.

I suspect that is why the money supply=inflation isn't a thing any more.....01% have 80%... they don't spend it like the rest of the populace would.

According to Dr. K, the math shows the interest rates should be negative, aka, people should pay the borrowers of money to loan it to them, a situation where the money supply is meaningless.
