Are necklaces on dudes okay?  Okay in some situations?  Never okay?  I haven't worn a necklace since middle school, but I have this sneaking suspicion dude-necklaces are trying to make a comeback.

In a traditionalist here. Hate piercings, hate tattoos and jewelry aside from a tasteful watch and a wedding band look dumb on men. Only exception to that is a championship ring of some sort, like dantonios enormous B1G champs ring

I don't wear "accessories" of any kind. I mostly just don't like the feeling of having "stuff" on me. That even goes for watches. Watches are obsolete anyway, we all carry cell phones. I don't need a second device to tell time.

As for other dudes, I don't care what they look like. I am not trying to bang them.

I've always dated chicks that didn't care about fancy jewelry. I think it's a generational thing. Chicks 35 and under don't seem to care about jewelry, at least not the big shiny gaudy kind. Which is great for men and our wallets.

My wife wears so much shit on her wrists that it's sometimes hard to see skin below the elbow. Guess it just depends on the look she's going for. As for me, watch, wedding ring only. No necklace

Gold/silver chains are lame, but a rope-esque thing or inconspicuous band with something important (like that poster who has his dad's ashes) seems ok.
