So, here is my thought process on that. Brett Favre could not read a defense. Didn’t know what a nickel or dime  coverage was. Guy would walk out on the field look around, see open targets and find them. In other words, he simply went out and didn’t overthink the game he look for open targets And he threw the ball.

I think Baker Mayfield did that last night. He didn’t have enough time to study film. Look at tendencies or overthink the game especially on that last drive. He dropped back like he did as a young man playing with friends, or in high school , looked around saw open receivers and threw the ball. That’s not gonna keep working for him. I don’t think. I’ll bet ya he studies film. Looks at tendencies has too much stuff on his mind and becomes the Baker Mayfield. We all know he is
